These are my filter manipulations. In the first one I used the radial blur zoom. It did come out darker than I wanted but I think it gives a nice affect. The second photo I used the sharpen tool with 120, 1 pixel, and 3 threshold.

Good job on these filter photos. The second photo did sharpen. The blur effect is cool!
