For the first photo I used the magic wand to select the sky and used the color fill to make it blue. Then using levels, manually adjusted color to brighten the photo a little. I used the same tools to change the sky in the second photo and used the saturation and lightness adjustments to brighten the colors.
Nice job enhancing the colors. You really made the pictures crisp and beautiful. They are both so peaceful.
